        • Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is a high polymer composed of one ketone bond and two ether bonds in the main chain structure, which is a special polymer material. A polyaryl ether polymer obtained by condensation with aromatic diphenol is generally used. This material has numerous applications in aerospace, medical devices (as artificial bone to repair bone defects) and industrial fields.

Flame retardant with self-extinguishing, even without adding any flame retardant, can reach UL standard 94V-0 level. Machinability has the characteristics of good high temperature fluidity, and high thermal decomposition temperature, can be used in a variety of processing methods: injection molding, extrusion molding, die molding and melt spinning. Peel resistance The peel resistance is very good, so it can be made into a thin coated wire or electromagnetic wire, and can be used in harsh conditions. Hydrolysis resistance PEEK and its composite materials are not affected by the chemical effects of water and high-pressure water vapor, and products made of this material can maintain excellent characteristics in continuous use of high temperature and high-pressure water. Among plastics, PEEK has the lowest smoke generation. PEEK is the same as many organic materials. When decomposed at high temperature, PEEK mainly produces carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide. Using the British spacecraft test standard BSS 7239, a very low concentration of gas escape can be detected. The toxicity index is defined as the ratio of the concentration of the gas produced under normal circumstances to the dose that can be lethal in 30 minutes, and the index of PEEK450G is 0.22, and no acid gas is detected. Insulation stability has good electrical insulation properties and is maintained to a very high temperature range. The dielectric loss is also very small at high frequencies. Stability has superior dimensional stability, which is important for some applications. Changes in environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity have little impact on the size of PEEK parts, and can meet the requirements of the use of high dimensional accuracy conditions. PEEK plastic raw material injection molding shrinkage is small, which is very good for controlling the dimensional tolerance range of PEEK injection parts, so that the dimensional accuracy of PEEK parts is much higher than that of general plastics. The coefficient of thermal expansion is small, and the size of PEEK parts changes little with the change of temperature (which can be caused by changes in ambient temperature or friction heat generation during operation). The dimensional stability of plastics refers to the dimensional stability of engineering plastic products in the use or storage process, this size change is mainly because the activation energy of polymer molecules is improved, so that the chain segment has a certain degree of crimp caused. PEEK has outstanding heat-resistant hydrolysis characteristics, and its water absorption is very low in high temperature and high humidity environments, and there will be no obvious changes in the size of general plastics such as nylon due to water absorption.
